CCF Tea (Cumin · Coriander · Fennel)
This tea helps with daily digestion across all three doshas.
Generally very safe for all constitutions and most pregnancies. People with kidney issues should ask their provider about fennel.
About this recipe
The most-prescribed digestive tea in Ayurveda — three culinary seeds in equal parts, simmered into a tridoshic infusion that gently kindles agni (digestive fire), supports elimination, and reduces bloating. Cumin warms; coriander cools; fennel clears. Drunk daily between or after meals, it is the entry-level Ayurvedic ritual most clinicians recommend before any deeper protocol.
