About this recipe

Golden-hour shot — the softer, nervous-system-soothing counterpart to the Fire shot.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Lalo tequila
  • 1 oz Tamek peach nectar (potassium)
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice (vitamin C)
  • ½ oz raw honey (polyphenols)
    Antimicrobial vehicle — supports Respiratory & Breathing · Digestive · Immune & Defenses · Skin
  • seeds from 2 crushed cardamom pods (or ½ tsp ground) (cineole)
    Digestive aid — supports Digestive
  • 2 tiny drops food-grade vanilla oil, stirred into the honey first (vanillin)

Method

  1. 1 Stir the honey with the vanilla oil and cardamom in the glass — warm slightly if you can.
  2. 2 Add the lemon juice, peach nectar, and tequila.
  3. 3 Stir well until the honey fully dissolves.
