Important — read before making
Never give honey to children under 12 months. People on potassium-restricted diets should check with their provider before regular coconut-water intake. Unsweetened cranberry juice is intensely tart and acidic — taper the amount if you have GERD, reflux, or active ulcers, or rinse with water after each sip. Pair with a full glass of plain water to round out hydration.

About this recipe
An overnight cranberry-coconut-ginger sip for the morning after. The ginger steeps cold while you sleep; you wake to a bottle of tart, hydrating recovery.

- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated (gingerols)Nausea relief — supports Digestive · Immune & Defenses
- Juice of ½ lemon (vitamin C)

- Optional: a few fresh sage leaves (rosmarinic acid)
Method
- 1 Grate the ginger into a 32 oz bottle.
- 2 Pour in the chilled coconut water until the bottle is about ⅔ full.
- 3 Top with the unsweetened cranberry juice (the remaining ⅓).
- 4 Squeeze in the juice of ½ lemon and stir in the raw honey until dissolved (the cranberry juice is tart — honey is your friend here).

Tips & storage
Tip
For a mintier batch, add 5–6 fresh peppermint leaves with the sage — they'll release menthol slowly overnight and add a cooling brightness to the morning sip.
