Ingredients
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar (acetic acid)

Method
- 1 Fill a basin with warm water deep enough to cover your heels.
- 2 Add the apple cider vinegar and Epsom salt and stir until dissolved.
- 3 Add the eucalyptus, tea tree, and frankincense essential oils and swirl to disperse.
- 4 Soak feet for 15–20 minutes.
- 5 Pat dry, then apply your usual heel balm or coconut oil to seal in moisture.
