Ingredients
- 2 oz Lalo tequila
- 1½ oz fresh mandarin juice (vitamin C)
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice (vitamin C)
- ½ oz agave

Method
- 1 Muddle the jalapeño with the agave in the bottom of the glass.
- 2 Add the grated ginger, citrus juices, and tequila.
- 3 Stir well.
