Adaptogenic Morning Broth
This broth helps with daily energy and immune resilience.
Adaptogens build effect over weeks — not a quick fix. Avoid during acute fever (astragalus contraindicated). Eleuthero can mildly elevate blood pressure — monitor with hypertension. Caution with autoimmune conditions.
About this recipe
A daily morning sipping broth weaving together three adaptogens — astragalus for immunity, eleuthero for energy, and reishi for nervous-system depth. The long simmer extracts the polysaccharides and triterpenes that are not bioavailable in cold preparations. Drink 1 mug each morning during periods of high stress, recovery, or seasonal change.
