Ingredients
- 1 cup virgin refined expeller-pressed coconut oil (melted if solid) (lauric acid)

- 1 tablespoon ground cloves (eugenol)

Method
- 1 Melt the coconut oil gently until just liquid.
- 2 Stir in the turmeric, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, and a single drop of peppermint oil.
- 3 Pour into a small jar; will solidify at room temp.
- 4 To use: scoop 1 teaspoon, melt in the mouth, swish gently for up to 15 minutes.
- 5 Spit into the trash (oil clogs drains). Rinse mouth with warm water.
- 6 Brush as usual.
