Ingredients
- 1 tbsp dried tulsi (or 5-7 fresh leaves) (eugenol · ursolic acid)
- 1 tbsp dried rose petals (culinary grade) (geraniol · linalool)
- 2 cups water

Method
- 1 Bring water just to a boil — turn off heat.
- 2 Add tulsi and rose petals; cover; steep 8-10 minutes.
- 3 Strain into a mug.
