Honey-Turmeric Glow Mask

This face mask helps with soothing, glow, and clearer skin.

Important — read before making

Turmeric stains fabric and can leave a temporary yellow tinge on skin — wear an old shirt, and if the tinge lingers, rinse with milk (the fat lifts curcumin). Both turmeric and black pepper can irritate sensitive skin, so keep the pepper to a small pinch and patch test on your inner arm first. Avoid the eye area. Skip if you have a known allergy to any ingredient.

Skin irritation

About this recipe

A simple four-ingredient face mask built on raw honey — hydrating and antibacterial, with turmeric and sage to calm redness and inflammation and a whisper of black pepper. Left on for a few minutes, it leaves skin soothed, brighter, and more even over regular use. Gentle enough for most skin, and especially friendly to blemish-prone complexions.

Ingredients

Method

  1. 1 Stir the turmeric, a small pinch of black pepper, and the sage into raw honey until you have a smooth, spreadable paste.
  2. 2 Apply a thin, even layer to clean skin, avoiding the eye area.
  3. 3 Leave on 10–15 minutes.
  4. 4 Rinse with warm water and pat dry.

What you'll notice

  • Hydrates and soothes — honey draws in moisture
  • Calms redness and inflammation
  • Antibacterial support for blemish-prone skin
  • Brightens and evens tone with regular use
  • A quick 15-minute ritual

Tips & storage

Storage

Make fresh each time — the wet mask doesn't store.
