Ingredients
- 2 cups milk (steamed or frothed) (tryptophan)

- 1 tablespoon raw wildflower honey (polyphenols)

Method
- 1 Warm the milk gently in a small saucepan — do not boil.
- 2 Whisk in turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon, and cloves.
- 3 Steep on low heat for 4 minutes.
- 4 Stir in the raw honey and a pinch of cayenne if using.
- 5 Pour into mugs and drop in a square of dark chocolate to melt as you sip.
